The easiest way to order from us is to send an e-mail to orders@dormitionbooks.com. Just fill in the form below, copy it and paste it into your e-mail. We try to respond within 24 hours, and often ship the same day.

We also accept orders by fax. Print the following form complete with your information and fax to (780)456-4036.

We will process your order, add the appropriate shipping charges and taxes if applicable, (G.S.T. will be charged to Canadian residents) and will send an invoice to you by electronic mail or fax. Your order will then be shipped to you as soon as we receive your payment. Payment by cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard will be required prior to shipping.

If you wish to advise us of your credit card number by phone, please call and leave a message for Theodora @ (780)428-3528 between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. MDT, or fax to (780)456-4036.. Your message must include your name, the credit card number and the expiry date.

Shipping & Handling Information

Prices are subject to change without notice. We try to ship everything as quickly as possible. If the items you order are in stock, the shipment will be sent right away, and you should receive it within two weeks. If they are on back-order, it may take 4 - 8 weeks. We appreciate your patience. We will add the appropriate shipping charges to your invoice. The following is a guide, actual shipping costs may vary. Please place your order by e-mail, fax or phone before sending payment. We will advise you whether the item(s) you are ordering is (are) in stock, what the shipping costs will be, and the total payment required.

IN CANADA

Standard Shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and is determined by weight and size. Prices for shipping start at approx. $7.50, unless it is a very thin booklet or two which can be sent as letter mail. We calculate the shipping costs and advise you of the total for shipping when you place an order.

U.S. and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard Shipping is via Canada Post U.S.A. Small Packet (Surface) and is determined by weight and size. Prices for shipping start at approx. $5.40, unless it is a very thin booklet or two which can be sent as letter mail. You also have the option of choosing a faster, more expensive shipping rate. We advise you of the various shipping options and calculate the shipping costs when you place an order.
